Return Policy

Returns will be issued for merchandise returned in original, unused condition and packaging within 7 days of delivery for Exchange or Store Credit in the form of a digital Gift Card. 

Sale items, accessories, jewelry, intimates and swim are FINAL sale.

Shipping Policy 

We offer $10 flat rate standard shipping.

Shipping is non-refundable unless we have made a shipping error.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items 

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). 

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
